We are the only Powerlifting, Strength and Conditioning Gym in Hampton, VA. We provide a variety of competition grade equipment, specialty bars, unique machines not usually found in commercial gym, and a host of training services such as Semi-Private classes, Personal One-on-One Training, and 24 Hour Open Gym access to our members. We promote and cultivate a comfortable, encouraging, tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and supports each other. We want to make the gym a second home to our members.

With an emphasis on proper form and individualized programming, we analyze your body type, history of injuries, movement limitation and training age to create your individualized training plan that fits YOUR goals.
